Today is consider a special day for me, do you believe that this is my first time to witness the thaipusum festival?
I decided to shoot this Thaipusum from the influence of Jeff Khor, I saw so many beautiful moment he had capture in his gallery. I invited 2 of my friends to join me, they are GK Lai and Tommy Tan, we ride a bike to avoid the heavy traffic jam. Frankly speaking, this is my first time, so I don’t really know what to shoot and what is important to them, but is a great experience for me, and I’m looking forward for the next thaipusum.
At night I went to shoot Kek Lok Si, during chinese new year the whole temple will light up with their beautiful light. A flickr friend invited me for a few times, so I’m willing to join him for this outing, is good to shoot with other people sometimes, to get some new experience and new idea. This is the first year I shoot Kek Lok Si with my digital camera, I really like the colour of them, especially during the golden moments.
